On October 16th, 2001, friends Rob & Maeghan Crenshaw and Gary Walker opened the doors at Cabo Fish Taco Baja Seagrill with the idea of combining coastal Mexican cuisine with a healthy California feel. Cabo's specially prepared dishes are a unique infusion of fresh seafood and authentic Baja fare. The atmosphere is upbeat and casual, bringing a beach feel to an urban environment.
